Part-time Office Administrator/Executive Assistant

DAGMAR Marketing is growing, and we’re in need of an experienced administrator who can keep up with us!

This position is part-time for the foreseeable future but may transition to full-time. Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience with QuickBooks online
  • Know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Be highly organized
  • Be a self-directed problem solver
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be able to work in our downtown Jacksonville office a few days per week and remotely on other days
  • Be comfortable communicating with clients about billing
  • Be available approximately 20 hours a week

Responsibilities include providing administrative support to our agency’s two managing partners, bookkeeping, some light HR tasks, banking, and following up with clients on payment matters. Additional responsibilities may be assigned for special projects.

This part-time position does not include benefits, but you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and working with a friendly, professional team.
