Google Ads management that’s tailored to your needs.

Here’s how we do it.

We earn your business every month.

No long-term contracts or fine print.

Our month-to-month contracts mean you won’t be locked into a long-term commitment and we won’t ever rest on our laurels. We’re accountable for spending your money wisely and getting you great results. If our Google Ads services aren’t meeting your needs, you’re free to stop working with us with just a month’s notice.

Adwords management has a lot of moving parts and dials to turn, so it’s not always understood at a glance. That’s why we provide reports on everything we do. We’re always happy to take time to go over our budget strategies, ad spends, and anything else you’d like to know more about. Just give us a call.

Detailed reports and full transparency.

You’ll know where every penny goes.

Paid search campaigns created from scratch.

You won’t find off-the-shelf solutions here.

We use all of the best tools and practices in our Google Ads work for you, but those are only as good as the team that uses them. High-performing paid search campaigns rely on in-depth research, comprehensive strategies, and hands-on work day in and day out. Your campaigns will be frequently fine-tuned to ensure you get the most from every dollar you spend.

This is what goes into getting great results for clients like you.

Research

Keyword research is just the beginning. To get the full picture that allows us to build the best base for your Google Ads—formerly known as Google AdWords—we also research your competitors and how they spend their paid search dollars, look into the wider landscape of your marketplace, and dig deeply into the data your campaigns yield.

Strategy

One of the most important aspects of any Google Ads campaign is the first step: defining the goals. Do you want to reduce your cost-per-acquisition? Improve conversion production? Whichever objective is your company’s top priority, establishing conversion goals sets the starting point for charting a course to accomplishing them.

Campaign
Construction

Successful Google Ads management—and the good use of your budget—depends upon building campaigns that include the most relevant keywords while excluding those that aren’t. We carry that relevance throughout your potential customer’s journey with custom-designed landing pages and calls to action that spur conversions.

Tracking

Every aspect of Google Ads is about data, but it’s more than that—it’s about accurate data and the skill to recognize what it reveals. A focus on the numbers that have little impact on success can lead to campaigns that are poorly implemented and that can waste your budget. That’s why we closely track the data with the power to yield the most insights and the most conversions.

Ongoing
Optimization

Hands-on tracking, analysis, and optimization make the difference between Google Ads campaigns that convert and those that don’t. While some Google Ads companies sell a prepackaged, turnkey solution that they set and forget, we keep a close eye on your campaigns, ensuring it remains optimized over the long term. We have the tools and experience to regularly fine-tune your campaigns to help you get the most from your budget.

Reporting

Another important difference between DAGMAR Marketing and other AdWords agencies is our reporting. Every month, we prepare detailed reports that are easy to understand and that clearly show you how much you’ve spent and which metrics are the most valuable to your unique business.

How much should you spend on Google Ads Management?

How much should you spend on Google Ads Management?

There’s no single right answer, since your costs will depend upon the type of business you’re in, what your goals are for your Google Ads campaigns, and several other factors, including:

  • How much you are willing to spend each day on each ad you run.
  • The goals that your bidding strategy is based on.
  • How much your main competitors will spend on the keywords you also want to target.
  • How relevant your ads are to your target audience.

Questions to ask a Google Ads agency.

Questions to ask a Google Ads agency.

How often will I receive reports on results?

This is one of the most important differentiating factors to consider when you’re comparing Adwords management companies. Results reports may be the only way you will know if your Google Ads agency is investing your money in the right places and what you are getting for that investment. Keep in mind, though, that all reports are not created equal: Paid search has a lot of moving parts, so you should be provided with a detailed report, and not just top-line numbers.

What will you report on?

Digital marketing, including pay-per-click advertising, has a distinct advantage over many other types of marketing in that it’s built on data from top to bottom. That means that every aspect of your Google Ads campaigns can be tracked, measured, and analyzed. Your reports should include numbers on leads generated, impression share, conversions, click-through rates, and more. Compiling and analyzing reports are time-intensive activities, but without comprehensive reporting, it will be challenging for you to gauge the success of your paid search campaigns. If you encounter an agency that won’t give you a clear answer on its reporting or that downplays the importance of reporting, you should probably take that agency off of your list.

What is your fee structure for managing my Google Ads campaigns?

Google Ads companies will have differences in how they charge for fees, so you’ll want to ensure you fully understand how you’ll pay for Google Ads management. Typical billing methods include a percentage of what you spend on ads, a flat per-campaign/per-month fee, or a straightforward management fee for handling any number of campaigns.

How often will you work on my account?

The answer to this question can be revealing: Does a prospective agency have a set-it-and-forget-it approach or fully automated, off-the-shelf solution? Or does it have team members who regularly monitor your campaigns and make adjustments to ensure your campaigns are performing as well as they can? While you shouldn’t expect a Google Ads company to check and tweak your campaigns every day, you should expect regular hands-on management.

Can you provide references?

Any company that provides any type of service should be more than willing to give you contact information for clients, both past and present. Also ask prospective companies if they can give you references for clients that are in industries or marketplaces similar to yours.

Will I own my Google Ads account?

Most people don’t think to ask this question, but the answer can be key to success down the road. If you don’t have ownership of your Google Ads data and accounts, the next agency you work with may not have the access it needs to take over management of your accounts, which can result in long delays and interruptions to active campaigns.

Do you work with any of my competitors?

Some Google Ads agencies focus on particular vertical markets, such as attorneys or HVAC companies, but most are careful not to work with clients in direct competition. The upside to having an agency with experience in your industry is that they’ll know what works and what doesn’t, so you don’t need to automatically reject such an agency. The most important thing is to steer clear of agencies that manage Google Ads for competitors that share your same market.

What Google Ads services can do for your business.

An investment in paid search offers these benefits to companies of all sizes and in all types of industries:

  • Speed: Google Ads can be implemented relatively quickly and show almost instant results that can be used to make timely adjustments.
  • Insights: The data gathered in a PPC campaign can yield insights you can use in other marketing channels.
  • Qualified leads: Google Ads campaigns can hone in on your very best prospects—people who are looking for just what you have to offer.
Google Ads Management FAQs

Google Ads Management FAQs

Can I manage my own Google Ads account?

Anyone with some time and a budget can set up a Google Ads account and create and run campaigns. Google offers step-by-step guides to help with setup, bids, and more. So why hire a company to run paid search for you? It comes down to time.

To get the most from your investment, campaigns need to be set up and run properly from the outset. This means solid keyword research; competitive analysis; careful bidding to avoid wasting money; writing ads that give you the best chance of converting; and designing landing pages that deliver what your audience wants. It also means poring over analytics and making adjustments accordingly.

At DAGMAR Marketing, we can take care of your Google Ads management needs from start to finish. We have strategists, writers, designers, and analysts who can help ensure your investment is worthwhile.

How do I know if paid search is right for my business?

When we first speak with you about your digital marketing needs, we’ll be upfront with you if Google Ads doesn’t seem to be a good fit for you. Some businesses simply don’t need paid search, but for those that have a real opportunity to gain high-quality leads via Google Adwords, it can be a great investment. We’ll be glad to have a discussion with you and make our best recommendations.

What are some of the advantages of investing in Google Ads?

Google Ads has a solid range of benefits that many other marketing channels can’t replicate. Here are just a few:

  • Google Ads are designed to let you zero in on your target audience, so you can get the right message to the right people at the right time.
  • Google Ads can get results faster than SEO, which is a long-term strategy for connecting to your best prospects.
  • Performance can be measured precisely, so you’ll know just where adjustments need to be made in keywords, bids, ads, landing pages, and every other aspect of your Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Even if your ad isn’t clicked, you’ve still put your message in front of people who are actively searching for your product or service. Brand awareness may not be truly measurable, but Google Ads delivers it.
  • You’ll glean data and insights about your audience, from where they are to what types of devices they use.

How long will it take to see positive results?

A well-run Google Ads campaign can return good results in just a few weeks. We’ll use your initial campaigns to gather data that will help us continuously improve your results and your return on investment.

What does Google charge for Google Ads?

There’s no one answer, since how much you’re charged depends on how relevant your ads are, how competitive your targeted keywords are, and the number of clicks you get. If you’re just getting started with Google Ads and would like to learn more about the factors that influence costs, please get in touch.

How can I choose the best Google Ads company for my business?

The very best Google Ads management company will be able to offer you the same things you’d look for in any type of service provider, such as:

  • Expertise: Getting the most from every paid search dollar requires a team of specialists. The agency you choose should have a deep bench with expertise in the technical aspects of Google Ads, design and writing, strategy, and analysis.
  • Customization: No two clients’ Google Ads campaigns should be alike. Your marketplace, offering, competitors, and location are unique, so your Google Ads campaigns should be, too.
  • Customer support: Your day-to-day contact person should be accessible, knowledgeable, and happy to answer your questions and concerns.
  • Reputation: Great references and positive online reviews are excellent indicators of the caliber of any prospective Google Ads company.
  • Results: There’s nowhere to hide when it comes to how well a Google Ads management agency does its job—it should have plenty of success stories to share with you that include real numbers.
