The client’s once-healthy rankings had begun to slide. Their leads were beginning to trend the same way, with no quickly discernible cause.
Our work.
First, we recognized that the client’s true problem was conversions rather than rankings. Looking beyond the on-site SEO for answers, we found inconsistencies in how the practice’s addresses and phone numbers were shown on online listings that are critical to local SEO performance. Beyond that, we saw that the auto attendant on the practice’s phone system was too complex for new patients and was a barrier to booking new appointments. With these important issues resolved, leads are on the rise and the average visit duration on the client’s site is up more than 20 percent.
